Job summary

Olsson seeks a Summer 2027 intern to join our Construction Materials Testing team in Olathe, KS. You will assist with geotechnical materials testing, construction observation, and inspections across diverse projects, including roadways and bridges.

You will gain hands-on experience in field and laboratory testing while collaborating with engineers, clients, and contractors, and you will prepare daily reports and project documents for multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist geotechnical materials testing, construction observations, and inspections for diverse projects.
• Prepare daily field and/or laboratory reports and manage documents for multiple projects.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to support inspections and materials testing.
• Contribute to project planning and ensure work progresses on schedule and within tolerances.
