Olsson is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform geotechnical materials testing, construction observation, and inspections on diverse projects. You will collect samples, perform tests, and document results to support project decisions, working in varied terrains and weather.

The role emphasizes training, certifications, and ongoing professional development, with travel to multiple project sites and potential stipends for non-local assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• EIT or ICC certification preferred, not required.
• ACI Grade I and Nuclear Gauge certifications preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Collect construction materials samples from sites and perform tests and inspections.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers and field staff.
• Work in various terrains and weather; support project teams onsite daily.
