PACCAR Parts in Lewisville, TX is offering a summer internship as Aftersales Service Development Analyst. You will work directly with our Aftersales Service Development team, gaining exposure to the development, launch, and continuous improvement of aftersales service programs that support PACCAR dealers, fleets, TRP stores, and independent service providers.

• Analyze customer activity and linkage between diagnostics, licensing, and parts purchasing.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts sales via data-driven insights.

Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Aftersales Service Development Analyst summer internship opening at our Lewisville, TX location. The selected candidate will work directly with our Aftersales Service Development team, gaining exposure and experience in the development, launch, and continuous improvement of aftersales service programs that support PACCAR dealers, fleets, TRP stores, and independent service providers.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn how innovative service solutions are developed, brought to market, and scaled across a global service network.

• Learn first‑hand from top industry professionals
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop mentoring relationships with Aftersales and IT leaders
• Gain valuable hands‑on experience supporting service program development and launch activities

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and organizing project information to support future technology and service initiatives
• Assist with the definition and implementation of support, training, and other Aftersales programs designed to improve customer experience, service network performance, and product adoption
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry best practices, emerging service offerings, and opportunities for PACCAR Aftersales programs
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide insights into aftersales program performance and customer behavior
• Support analysis of customer activity, including connections between diagnostics tool usage, licensing data, and parts purchasing trends
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve parts sales growth through data‑driven insights and targeted aftersales initiatives

Wage Scale or Salary Range

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

• Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
• Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
• Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
