Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking current college students for a full-time internship program designed to preview careers in financial services, especially credit/lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. Interns receive a designated coach, a research project, and a formal learning guide, with final interviews in Oct–Nov 2026.

Internships last 10–12 weeks from June through August. Internship locations include Idaho Falls, Nampa, Twin Falls, and other Western cities.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, ag economics, ag business, or related field
• Preference for Juniors (expected graduation in 2028)
• Coursework related to ag business, finance, accounting, economics, farm and ranch management, business management, marketing, and related courses
