Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit invites current college students to join its internship program across the Western United States, focusing on credit/lending, crop insurance, country home lending and appraisal. Internships are full-time, typically 10–12 weeks, June through August, with final interviews held Oct–Nov 2026.

Compensation is $22.00 per hour, plus housing stipends if housing is needed. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, and Juniors (graduating 2028) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, ag economics, ag business, or related field
• Preference for Juniors (expected graduation in 2028)
• Coursework related to ag business, finance, accounting, economics, farm and ranch management, business management, marketing, and related courses
• An agricultural background is desirable, but not a requirement
