Job summary

A leading asset manager is seeking an entry-level Internal Wholesaler to support External Wholesalers in expanding distribution and building relationships. This role involves partnering with financial advisors, delivering product knowledge, and using CRM tools for tracking. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a strong interest in investment products. The position offers the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop skills for future growth in investment sales. Position located in Wheaton, IL, with a requirement to work in the office five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 within the first 3 months.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with External Wholesalers to execute business plans.
• Proactively call on financial advisors to introduce our platform.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events between advisors.
• Deliver product knowledge and support financial advisors.
• Maintain strong advisor relationships with timely follow-up.
• Log activity and track opportunities using CRM tools.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure excellent service.
