Qualifications

• Incoming juniors and seniors highly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student during the internship.
• Passionate about the mutual fund/financial services industry.
• Must provide own local accommodations and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to develop strategic business relationships.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales team needs and requests to develop opportunities.
• Follow up with the Sales Team in a timely manner.
• Generate client mailings and emails related to products and thought leadership.
• Maintain departmental databases and client mailing lists with updated info.
• Support departmental sales goals and territorial objectives.
• Coordinate client meetings, generate sales reports, and order literature materials.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
