Job summary

Empower Retirement in Greenwood Village, CO invites motivated college students to join its Summer Internship Program as a Financial Sales Intern for 10 weeks (June 2–August 6, 2027). This in‑person internship offers hands‑on projects, mentoring from senior leaders, and exposure to core sales activities.

You will build prospect lists in Salesforce, analyze sales data, and develop skills in consultative selling while exploring a potential path toward full‑time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor's or Master's program)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Available for full 10-week program (June 2 - August 6, 2027)
• Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to Greenwood Village, CO (in-person internship)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)

Responsibilities

• Support Core Sales and Support teams with real-time business initiatives and hands-on projects
• Create prospecting lists and advisor additions in Salesforce
• Analyze sales data to improve pipelines and streamline processes
• Identify process enhancements through data and AI tools
• Gain insight into consultative sales skills and Empower's 401(k) products
