Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong academic performance and genuine interest in pursuing a career in finance or sales post-graduation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundational industry knowledge including investments, financial products, privacy/compliance, and the John Hancock business model.
• Train on core sales systems such as Salesforce, Brightscope Beacon, investment comparison tools, and other prospecting resources.
• Support retirement sales divisions by conducting research, preparing reports, and contributing to internal projects.
• Participate in networking sessions with subject matter experts across departments including National Accounts, Investments, Marketing, and Product.
• Engage in professional development workshops and coaching from sales leaders and the L&D team.
