Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors offers a 10-week summer internship from May 31 to August 6, 2027, with hands-on experience through induction, on-the-job learning, skills trainings, and networking. You will work with the North America Client Group Central Team to develop and implement business group strategy and shadow multiple NACG groups across internal sales, analytics, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Clear, impactful, and professional written communications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing NACG business group strategy
• Shadow various NACG groups (internal sales, portfolio construction, consulting, institutional sales, insurance, retirement, marketing, analytics)
• Collate information on activities, workstreams, and projects to advance NACG business
• Translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/projects with the NACG Business Manager
• Support profitability analysis, sales data and analytics, and ad hoc requests
• Lead projects requiring complex spreadsheets and streamlined presentations
• Carry out other duties as assigned
