Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Warrendale, PA is seeking a System Test Engineering intern to join our test team for the summer of 2027. You will support test procedures, testing, and test reports validating I&C systems.

You will work with engineers to develop and improve test methods, tools and documentation, and help troubleshoot hardware, design and software issues within an integrated I&C system. This is a paid full-time onsite internship May–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.

Responsibilities

• Support prototype testing for new PCB designs
• Support development of test tools used for testing Instrumentation and Control systems for new plant and upgrade projects
• Support creation of documentation for test activities
• Support resolution of technical issues after performing troubleshooting
• Support development of test procedures and other test documentation

Education
