Lindsay Perrico - State Farm Agent in Lakewood, Ohio is seeking a Summer Intern - Agent Team Member to help build relationships, deliver great service, and learn insurance options for customers.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Our office is open 9a-5pm Mon-Fri.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
