Job summary

Lindsay Perrico - State Farm Agent in Lakewood, Ohio is seeking an Office Manager to join a growing agency. You will establish client relationships, provide prompt, friendly service, and educate customers about auto, home, life and health insurance options to help protect their dreams.

You will follow up with customers, assist with policy changes and billing inquiries, and support marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or inside/outside sales preferred.

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
