Lindsay Perrico - State Farm Agent in Lakewood, Ohio seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will build relationships, respond to insurance inquiries, and guide customers through options with a needs-based approach.

Requirements include current Property & Casualty license and the ability to obtain Life and Health license. Compensation is $45,000 per year with growth opportunities in a supportive agency environment.

Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm InsuranceCompanies. Compensation: $45,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Lakewood, Ohio.
• Our office is open 9a-5pm Mon-Fri.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
