Job summary

Allegion in Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated student intern to deepen their understanding of product lifecycle engineering and sustain product quality through real-world projects.

You will participate in development discussions, learn Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis, and apply these methods to top-quality issues in Allegion's lock business.

This internship offers mentorship, exposure to leaders, and a pathway for future opportunities within Allegion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (Aero, Systems, Industrial)
• Prefer completion of Sophomore year by Summer 2027
• CAD experience (Creo is a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative, such as school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, or leadership on school or work projects
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop by working on projects impacting Allegion’s business and customers

• Expected base hourly range: $25-$26, determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
