Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of IT concepts such as networks, databases, cloud computing, or business software.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or other coding languages preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical engineers and non-technical business users.
