GuideStone Financial Resources in Dallas is offering a Summer Intern in Insurance to work across Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Strategy and Product development for the insurance line.

The internship provides exposure to market engagement strategies, data analysis, and process improvement, with flexible schedules and tuition reimbursement as part of the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of projects and tasks for strategy, marketing, sales, relationship management, customer service, and research projects for the insurance line of business.
• Engage in outreach, research, creation, and refining of business plans, distribution strategies and financial models
• Participate in the development of market engagement strategies
• Assist in the coordination of ongoing organizational development efforts
• Clean up and interpret data
• Work on process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

The Summer Intern in Insurance willserve in the 4 primary quadrants of Insurance Experience. The Intern will serve on projects for Sales and Relationship Management, Business operations including Underwriting, Strategy and new Product development, and Customer Service.

What you will do:

• Assist with a variety of projects and tasks for strategy, marketing, sales, relationship management, customer service, and research projects for the insurance line of business.

What you will need:

• Degree concentration in Business and Mathematics preferred
