The Role

We're hiring a Summer Intern to embed directly into Rilla’s team and own real projects across the business. You'll work across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and whatever else the company needs — moving fast, figuring things out, and delivering. You'll work directly with founders and leadership on problems that matter, and leave the summer with real output you can point to.
