Qualifications
- Course of study in mathematics, economics, business-related discipline, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support projects and analyses advancing CSWM goals
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
- Prepare clear deliverables such as summaries, presentations, and reports
- Collaborate across teams and build relationships to understand how CSWM areas work together
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve research and day-to-day work
