Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Curious, adaptable and able to learn across Finance and Risk areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close activities and account reconciliations.
• Assist with agency/field accounting processes and reporting.
• Support testing and documentation of accounting controls and business processes.
• Learn Guardian's finance responsibilities and collaborate with mentors across the organization.
• Build a network with other interns across the organization.
