LPU Batangas in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an engineering intern to assist in monitoring finishing processes such as plating, powder coating, e-coating, and anodizing. You will collect data, support root-cause investigations, and participate in process-improvement projects under guidance.

The role emphasizes data organization, documentation upkeep, and collaboration with maintenance, materials, and production planning teams. Strong Excel skills and a hands-on, team-oriented attitude are valued.

Competenze

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Familiar with MS Office; eager to learn process-control software.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter; able to manage multiple small tasks under supervision.
• Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
