Job summary

PIMCO’s Summer Internship – Client Management Account Analyst in Newport Beach offers hands-on exposure to investment professionals and client service excellence. Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Must be able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027.
• Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2026 semester (August 2026 – December 2026).
• Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Business proficient in English.
• All majors encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support investment professionals to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Gather, analyze, and discuss economic and market trends.
• Evaluate portfolio structures and deliver attribution analyses to Account Managers.
• Develop client relationships that can become strategic partnerships.
• Assist in cross-divisional education, networking and events.
