Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Completed at least one year of college coursework.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and project managers with active water, wastewater, stormwater, and municipal engineering projects.
• Assist with project research, data collection, and organization.
• Support engineers with project documentation, reports, and technical materials.
• Assist with fieldwork and site visits as needed.
• Help review and organize project information and records.
• Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and other project materials.
• Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to client and municipal interactions.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, standards, and industry practices.
