Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program currently.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Big-picture thinking and servant leadership skills.
• Structured and organized thinking; strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience or understanding of data analytics; Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
• Experience with Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Walmart Supply Chain's end-to-end delivery organization.
• Work with a cross-functional team to solve complex problems at scale.
• Partner in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while leveraging Walmart resources.
• Oversee hourly associates and a sub-department within a warehouse environment.
• Potentially travel as part of the role.
• Lead strategically to remove obstacles for hourly associates.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities during the summer.
• Complete an individual project aligned with skills and interests.
• Work directly with teams changing how the world shops.
