Job summary

HUB International is offering a paid, 10-week internship in Grand Rapids, MI, focused on the Employee Benefits team. You will gain exposure to client service, sales, and policy administration while building industry knowledge through workshops and networking with leaders.

We’re looking for college students graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 who are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real business priorities. This paid internship runs June 1 to August 6.

Qualifications

• College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to work with clients nationwide.
• Gain hands-on experience in policy administration and data management.
• Support market research on US insurance markets and regional trends.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates.
