Job summary

HUB International in Charlotte, North Carolina invites high-potential college students to join a full-time, paid 10-week internship from June 1 to August 6. You’ll rotate across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth, gaining hands-on experience in client service, policy administration, and market research.

You'll learn from industry experts, participate in networking opportunities, and have access to mentorship and professional development designed

Qualifications

• College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
• Strong interest in the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to work with clients and communities across the United States to understand unique regional needs.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assisting in claims processing.
• Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to strengthen skills and industry knowledge.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
