Job summary

Palomar Holdings, Inc. invites university students to join its Summer Internship Program for hands-on, technical exposure across multiple departments in the insurance industry.

Interns will complete meaningful assignments and participate in a 9-week program running from June through August. Participants gain leadership guidance, professional development, and weekly workshops while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (junior or senior) or a graduate student.
• Minimum of 8 weeks availability; potential to extend to 10 weeks.
• Hybrid Work Environment – ability to work in the office and from home.
• Preference for having passed at least 1 actuarial exam.
• Maintain an exceptional GPA in college.
• Interest in growing in a specific department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Palomar Interns and Team Members.
• Hands-on experience within the chosen department.
• Leadership guidance and career growth opportunities.
• Exposure to analytical, strategic and tactical responsibilities.
