Job summary

HNTB is seeking enrolled engineering students for Summer 2027 internships in multiple offices in PA, including Harrisburg. Interns will assist engineering teams with basic tasks, support research and design efforts, and help prepare drawings and documents under supervision.

Relocation is not provided. Ideal candidates are completing at least two years of post-secondary civil engineering coursework and have knowledge of MicroStation/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Ability to understand basic engineering concepts and math.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams with tasks and duties as assigned.
• Support research, development and design of projects.
• Prepare engineering drawings and documents under supervision.
