ABWE International is offering the IHQ Summer Internship Program, delivering hands-on experience in Communications, Human Resources, Technology Operations, Accounting/Finance, and Corporate Events while aligning work with a global mission.

You will contribute to real projects, learn across teams, and gain professional and spiritual growth within a Christ-centered community. This is a paid internship with flexible opportunities and meaningful responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Completion of at least one year of college or technical school.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• A teachable spirit with initiative and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to pass a background check and required clearances in Pennsylvania.

Responsabilidades

• Support day to day operations and administrative functions within assigned departments.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives across teams. Conduct research, compile data, and help prepare reports or presentations.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative team efforts.
• Bring creative ideas and solutions that support departmental goals.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Complete a capstone project aligned with your area of study or interest.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

The Opportunity

Our IHQ Summer Internship Program is designed to do just that by investing in the next generation of leaders. As an ABWE intern, you will gain meaningful, hands on experience in a mission driven environment while contributing to real projects that support global ministry.
