Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC invites applicants for a Global Intern position. This paid internship offers in-person experience May 24 - August 6, 2027, with housing provided and meals covered for domestic interns. Domestic internships may be based in Boone or North Wilkesboro, NC, with international placements available.

Fluency in English required and faith-based alignment strongly encouraged. Applicants should have a bachelor’s or technical degree, strong organizational and communication

• Perform varying duties and responsibilities for the specific international and domestic internship positions based on department and location.

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Obtaining or obtained a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a trade-related technical degree

• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and networking skills
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and carry out plans and solve problems independently
• Other duties as assigned

Location: Domestic internships are based in Boone, North Wilkesboro, or other office locations in North Carolina. International internships serve at some of our Samaritan's Purse field and international offices, which may include Colombia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Liberia, the UK, or South Korea.
