Mercantil Commerce Bank in the United States offers a paid summer internship to support transaction execution through financial analysis, research, and production of client-ready materials. The 11-week program runs May 18, 2027 through July 30, 2027, Monday through Friday, with mostly onsite work.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour. You will gain exposure to transaction comps, DCF analysis, CIMs, and management presentations while developing skills in Excel, PowerPoint and professional

Mansioni

• Analysis & Modeling – assist in building transaction comps; support DCF and operating model inputs; spread financial data and run sensitivities and charts.
• Research – Company and industry research; buyer screening; ownership/relationship mapping; news and filings review.
• Materials Production – Assist in creating and formatting slides, tables, charts; support CIM and management presentation production.
• Process Support – Track outreach lists, call notes, NDA tracking, diligence logs, and weekly status reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
