Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2027 in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time internship runs Monday-Thursday, eight hours per day (32 hours weekly) in the HR and Talent Acquisition functions.

You will assist with posting jobs, resume screening, interviewing coordination, onboarding, HRIS data entry, and HR projects while gaining exposure to our tribal-owned organization and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communication.
• Assist with resume reviews and candidate qualification assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and assist employer-branding efforts.
• Support onboarding activities and HR documentation maintenance.
• Contribute to HRIS data entry and HR projects, while handling confidential data.
