Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking an HR Operations Intern for a paid full-time hybrid summer role in Cranberry Township, PA. You will support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks and projects, and gain practical HR experience reporting to the HR Manager.

The position runs May–August 2027, with responsibilities including updating procedures, researching best practices, handling employee inquiries, and preparing reports. Prior HR internship experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
• Complete Sophomore year of college.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
• Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines
• Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
• Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
• Prepare reports and presentations

Education
