Job summary

Cemex US invites motivated students to join the Human Resources Internship Development Program for a 10-week on-site experience in Houston. You will gain exposure to core HR functions and work on projects with seasoned professionals, building skills in analytics and people operations.

You’ll develop both technical and communication abilities, present your成果 to leaders, and broaden your professional network. This is a hands-on entry path into a dynamic building materials company.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field, with at least junior year standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on learning across HR functions: Learning & Development, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Engagement, and DEI.
• Work on projects with experienced professionals to solve real-world HR problems and drive meaningful change.
• Develop both technical and soft skills through hands-on work and continuous learning; present outcomes to leadership.
• Build connections across the organization to expand your professional network.
