Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business Management/HR program with junior or senior status for Summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Summer internship 2027 in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Assist on compensation, merit increase processes and job profile updates.
• Contribute to progression development and Job Architecture projects.
• Support HRIS (Workday) activities and HR operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for HR Leadership; provide weekly progress updates.
• Observe safety protocols and participate in training as required.
