Warm Beach Christian Camps seeks a Horse Camp Summer Instructor to minister to campers’ spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs while they ride and learn horsemanship. You will work with the Horsemanship Director and other staff to maintain facilities, equipment, and horses at high standards, serving as a positive role model for campers.

The role requires teaching riding and theory classes, training horses, and supervising trail rides, with a strong emphasis on safety and ministry

Formación

• Ability to communicate with children and adults during horsemanship activities.
• Ability to observe camper behavior, enforce safety regulations, and apply behavior-management techniques.
• Ability to train horses and prepare riding/ theory classes.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct horsemanship activities and provide necessary instruction to campers and guests.
• Supervise camper and guest trail rides while ensuring safety.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and horses to high professional standards.
• Encourage campers to participate and share the Good News.
