Job summary

Warm Beach Camp Ministries seeks counselors to care for campers aged 10-18, assisting in planning, teaching, and guiding personal growth in a faith-based setting. You will support the Horsemanship program, lead activities, and model a Christ-centered community during daily living and evening programs.

Requirements include being 18+, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to relate well with youth and staff. This is a seasonal, contract position at Warm Beach Camp in Washington.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain or become certified in First Aid/CPR.
• Understand the development needs of youth.
• Ability to relate to youth and adults in a positive manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in designated camp program areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervising campers (ages 10-18) in living units and activities.
• Lead and assist with activities, games, songs, and horsemanship lessons.
• Participate in program development and safety guidelines.
• Model Christian community and conduct Bible studies, worship, and prayer.
• Ensure campers receive medications as directed by health staff.
