Position Details:

• Location: Grand Prairie - Plant
• Schedule: 6 days a week, three shifts starting at 6:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 10:00 PM. Saturdays are required, with occasional Sundays. Shifts may vary.
• Pay: $19.00 per hour

Role Overview:

The primary role of the Assembler is to manufacture quality products safely. Responsibilities include assembling and fitting parts to form complete units or subassemblies, using hand tools, power tools, or special assembly tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components to build various seat sections.
• Handle, install, position, and move materials and parts.
• Identify differences, estimate, recognize, and detect changes or defects.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials for repairs or issues.
• Obtain information from relevant sources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties:

• Work as part of a team on a production line, adding components to seats.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Help achieve team performance goals.
• Record problems related to product, process, or quality.
• Suggest solutions through proper channels.
• Clean work areas.
• Perform duties based on plant needs.
• Arrange items in specific patterns or orders.
• Lift, carry, or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms frequently.
• Operate pneumatic tools.
• Push and pull objects weighing 5-30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
