Danfoss is seeking a Product Engineering Intern in Ames, IA. You will join the core design team to design and improve hydrostatic products, applying engineering skills from concepts through testing in a state‑of‑the‑art lab.

You will work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, gaining hands‑on experience from concept to validation, with opportunities to contribute to feature development and documentation.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and interest in product design.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and analyze components and systems for hydrostatic products.
• Run tests and validate designs in lab to meet performance standards.
• Develop new features and design improvements for products.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation and drawings for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product engineers on shared projects.
