Qualifikationen

• Junior or senior undergraduate student in Sociology, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (verified through transcript).
• Enrolled in a college or university.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated to learn and able to work independently with diverse teams.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required for outreach events.
• Some in-state travel may be required for outreach events.
• Must have a car, valid insurance and driver’s license.
• Available to work in person and travel August 2–13.

Aufgaben

• Assist Government Programs staff with care coordination and case management for members.
• Perform outreach for programs and pilots and provide oral health education at events.
• Utilize data and research to inform care coordination activities.
• Promote health equity by collaborating with stakeholders on quality improvement projects.
• Support administrative tasks and member documentation for the program.
• Attend related meetings and contribute to program planning.
