Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in listed fields.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA verified through transcript.
• Current enrollment in a college or university.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build professional relationships and work independently.
• Travel and overnight stays may be required.
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
• Submit a written analysis of project work and present to leadership at end of program.

Responsibilities

• Support Provider Relations and Business Development initiatives.
• Participate in provider office visits, meetings with customers and brokers.
• Assist with sales planning, engagement efforts, and market growth strategies.
• Engage in cross-functional projects with sales, account management, and marketing teams.
• Develop professional communication and presentation skills through meetings and events.
