Job summary

SC&H Group invites applications for a Summer 2027 Intern in Special Situations in Columbia, MD. This in‑person, 10‑week program runs June to August, requiring about 30–32 hours per week with mentorship across our Special Situations practice.

Required: pursue Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field, GPA 3.6+, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and reliable transportation to office locations. Full participation offers valuable client exposure and hands‑on project work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or other business‑related field.
• GPA of 3.6 or above.
• Previous successful business experience; Accounting, Valuations, Finance internship preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Perform industry research and prepare pitches for potential new clients.
• Assist with creating and editing marketing materials for active engagements.
• Work with senior bankers on a variety of ongoing deals across multiple industries.
