Related Digital is offering a Summer Analyst internship in New York to support the finance team in evaluating and monitoring the financial performance of data center projects. The role focuses on modeling, due diligence, and preparing investment materials.

Qualifications

Undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
Strong Excel skills and advanced modeling experience.
Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Build and update financial models for prospective and active projects.
Support due diligence on capital costs, revenue assumptions, and project returns.
Prepare materials for investment committee and lender presentations.
Attend cross-functional meetings with development, construction, and energy teams.
Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and research on market comparables and financing structures.
