Job summary

Link Logistics invites a junior undergraduate student to join our 10‑week paid summer internship program in New York. You will support forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting while learning how a large finance organization uses modern data, BI, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across capital markets, asset management, leasing, and finance, contributing to monthly reviews and custom dashboards. A strong Excel foundation is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior undergraduate student at an accredited four‑year institution.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar tools preferred.
• Interest in commercial real estate asset management and financial planning & analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Track occupancy, leasing metrics, and NOI reporting.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets on reporting initiatives.
• Help build automated reporting pipelines and AI-enabled FP&A workflows.
• Maintain Excel forecasting models and recurring analytics.
• Contribute to monthly business reviews and market reporting.
• Present findings via Excel, Power BI dashboards, and PowerPoint.
