Job summary

Highmark Health invites applications for its Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship. This program provides hands-on exposure to evaluating healthcare programs, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making, mentored by experienced researchers and leaders.

You will contribute to research design, statistical analysis, and reporting, while developing skills in healthcare evaluation and outcomes measurement in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, or Legal Studies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives and receive guidance from senior personnel.
• Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals as requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to objectives of the unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
