Job Summary

Conduct weekly Work Readiness and Life Skills workshops for youth aged 14-24 via Zoom and in-person. Verify and approve interns' hours and perform worksite visits to monitor progress and maintain employer relationships.

Work Schedule Demands

• Temporary, 7-week program; full-time; 30 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
• Travel between youth centers throughout Rhode Island.
• Occasional evenings and flexible schedule required.
• May work at any CCAP location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, preferably virtually.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with record-keeping skills.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Knowledge of youth development principles.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Immunizations and background checks as required.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Demands
