Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated invites students to join its 2027 Summer Intern: EHS - Occupational Ergonomics program in Oklahoma City. The internship focuses on building a comprehensive ergonomics framework to reduce injury risk and improve workplace safety.

Interns will work with EHS and Operations teams, apply classroom knowledge, and deliver practical solutions. Compensation is hourly, with opportunities for professional development and final presentations to management.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May–August 2027).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree related to the internship is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ergonomics program identifying and mitigating risks across workplace tasks.
• Integrate ergonomic assessments into existing JSAs and Risk Assessments; establish standardized evaluation methods.
• Support tracking of corrective actions and measure program effectiveness; analyze trends with EHS and Operations teams.
