Job summary

ICF’s Disaster Management Division offers a full-time, 10-week internship starting in June 2027. The role involves hybrid work from Tallahassee, FL, Baton Rouge, LA, or Austin, TX offices with no relocation assistance provided.

Interns support grant administration, reporting, and data visualization while collaborating with clients and internal teams. The position requires at least 30 college credits in related fields and prefers progress toward graduate study in Public Policy, Finance, Emergency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 30 college credits with emphasis on Public Policy, Finance, Emergency Management or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
• Experience researching, organizing, and analyzing information.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with tasks related to grants, reporting, and financials.
• Review data accuracy in documents and systems as part of a team.
• Deliver projects and support tasks as they arise.
• Design end-to-end data visualizations and reporting to meet client needs.
