Job summary

TOTE Resources offers a paid 10-week Development Program internship across Operations, Logistics, Finance, Safety, Commercial Sales, Customer Service Excellence, and Human Resources. Interns are placed based on business needs and may be considered for the TOTE Development Program after graduation.

Participants gain world-class experience in maritime logistics and gain exposure across a national scope, with guidance from inspirational leaders and opportunities to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in the listed fields with an expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership and prior work experience (internships or volunteer work).
• Mobility is a key requirement for the pipeline internship to TOTE Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid 10-week internship across multiple business areas based on business needs.
• Contribute to assignments with meaningful impact on the business nationwide.
