Job summary

TOTE Maritime Agency Puerto Rico in San Juan, PR, offers a paid Summer 2027 Internship (Development Program) designed to expose students to Operations and Finance through a 10-week rotation. This internship is nationwide in scope and provides hands-on, real-world experience in a dynamic maritime and logistics environment.

Participants gain world-class experience with rotational assignments, leadership development, and opportunities for future TOTE Development Program placements after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or Sales and Marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or projects.
• Mobility is a key requirement for this pipeline internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid summer internship across multiple fields including Operations and Finance.
